It was strongly believed that there was a need for creative strength in the judging committee , and as you will see from the list, we believe we have achieved this. We also tried to find as a representative balance in our industry as possible, and believe we have got pretty darn close.

You will notice that we have some non-digital names in the list. This was a conscious decision, to get some experienced, and revered input from our brothers & sisters in other spheres. (we are, after all, part of a greater creative community).

We are very honored to have Tom Eslinger, as our international judge, on the judging commitee.

International Judge: Tom Eslinger

Tom Eslinger spearheads Saatchi & Saatchi’s worldwide interactive capability. He works from New Zealand and Los Angeles.

Tom is a multiple Cannes Lion winner, & has  been awarded for his typographical and interactive work by D&AD, One Show, Clio, Effies, New York and London International Festivals, Type Directors’ Club, Future Marketing Awards, AXIS (NZ) and AWARD (AUS). Tom has judged extensively throughout the US, Europe and Australasia.

Tom is the Cyber Lions Jury President for 2007. This is Tom’s third Cannes jury, serving on the 2002 Cyber and 2006 Titanium Lions juries. Tom lives in Auckland and Los Angeles, haunting local comic shops and snowfields, snowboard under arm.
